We recently had a listing, 7327 Rocky Creek, Columbia, MD that was on the market for only 10 days before we had an offer come in. Previously the home was listed by another brokerage for over 150 days!. Denise Grove of the Weymouth Group explains to Chris just why there was so much great and positive activity on this home. Besides the great name of The Weymouth Group and Keller Williams, Denise attributes the great activity to proper staging and High Definition/Resolution photos and LOTS of them.
